Lisa Appelo

Lisa Appelo is a speaker and best-selling author of Life Can Be Good Again: Putting Your World Back Together After It All Falls Apart. Lisa inspires women to find hope in grief and deepen their faith in life’s storms. Her work has been featured at multiple media outlets including LIFE Today, Cornerstone Television Network, Insight for Living, Ann Voskamp, Proverbs 31 Ministries, Risen Motherhood, and Her View From Home and in several best-selling books including Praying Through Loneliness and So God Made a Grandma. Her next book releases with Bethany House in 2026. A former litigating attorney, Lisa writes at LisaAppelo.com, is a leader with the national organization Never Alone Widows, and serves on the Executive Team for COMPEL with Proverbs 31 Ministries. She’s a single mom of seven and Nonni to 15 on the east coast of Florida.
